Marc Chardon
Marc Chardon joined Blackbaud as president and chief executive officer in November 2005. Previously, he served as chief financial officer for the $11 billion Information Worker business group at Microsoft, where he was responsible for the core functions of long-term strategic financial planning and business performance management. Chardon joined Microsoft in August 1998 as general manager of Microsoft France. During his three-year leadership, the subsidiary remained one of the three most admired companies by French professionals and achieved increased customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Microsoft, Chardon was general manager of Digital France. He joined Digital in 1984, and held a variety of international marketing and business roles within the company. In 1994, Chardon was named director, office of the president, with responsibility for Digital's corporate strategy development. Anthony Boor
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration
Anthony (Tony) Boor
Tony Boor joined Blackbaud as its chief financial officer in November, 2011. Tony is responsible for Blackbaud's financial reporting and controls, corporate IT, legal, and administrative services. Prior to joining the company, he served as an executive with Brightpoint, Inc. beginning in 1999, most recently as its executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. He also served as the interim president of Europe, Middle East and Africa during the company’s significant restructuring of that region. Tony served as director of business operations for Brightpoint North America from August 1998 to July 1999. Prior to joining Brightpoint, Tony was employed in various financial positions with Macmillan Computer Publishing, Inc., Day Dream Publishing, Inc., Ernst & Young LLP, Expo New Mexico, KPMG LLP and Ernst & Whinney LLP. Charlie Cumbaa

Charlie Cumbaa
Charlie Cumbaa joined Blackbaud in May 2001. Cumbaa previously served as an executive vice president with Intertech Information Management from December 1998 until October 2000. From 1992 until 1998 he was president and chief executive officer of Cognitech, Inc., a software company he founded. Prior to that, he was employed by McKinsey & Company. Jana Eggers
Senior Vice President – Products & Marketing
Jana Eggers
Jana Eggers is senior vice president of products and marketing, responsible for Blackbaud's global product innovation and delivery, and corporate marketing efforts. She joined Blackbaud in 2010, bringing extensive software and technology experience to this new role, having served in technology and international executive positions at Intuit, Basis Technology, Lycos, American Airline's Sabre, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Germany-based Spreadshirt, along with several acquired start-ups. Eggers received her bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science at Hendrix College in Arkansas. Brad Holman
President, International Business Unit
Brad Holman
Brad Holman joined Blackbaud as president of the International Business Unit in September, 2010. Brad leads Blackbaud's international operations including Blackbaud's England, Hong Kong, Australia, and Netherlands offices, as well as all international business development activities. Previously, he held a number of senior level executive roles in building and leading organizations across international markets, providing technology services to the Aviation and Travel Sectors. Brad most recently partnered in his own company that provided both technical and outsourcing services to these sectors and prior to that was the president and managing director, Asia Pacific for Travelport, a company that provides travel distribution technology services on a global platform. Brad held several roles with Travelport during his nine years with the company including managing director for Europe Middle East and Africa based in London and also senior vice president for airline services based in Hong Kong. Brad, who is now based in Sydney, holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.

Charles L. Longfield
Senior Vice President, Chief Scientist
Chuck Longfield
Chuck Longfield became Blackbaud's chief scientist in January 2007 and is the founder of Target Software, Inc. and Target Analysis Group, Inc., both now Blackbaud companies. Longfield has extensive experience designing and implementing national as well as international constituency databases that address the fundraising information needs at many of the world's largest nonprofit organizations. In recognition of his accomplishments, Chuck is the recipient of the DMA 2012 Max Hart Nonprofit Achievement Award. Prior to founding the Target companies in 1992, Longfield taught math to middle and high school students. He was honored by FundRaising Success in 2007 with a lifetime achievement award for his contribution to the nonprofit sector. He holds a BA in mathematics and a MEd from Harvard University and has more than 30 years of experience helping nonprofits automate their fundraising operations. John Mistretta

John Mistretta
As the senior vice president of human resources, John Mistretta is responsible for leadership development and talent management at Blackbaud. A seasoned business executive, Mistretta has led human resource and training organizations throughout his 25-year career. Most recently, he was executive vice president of human resources and alternative businesses for the National Commerce Financial Corporation (now SunTrust). Previously, he spent 14 years at Citicorp, which at the time of his tenure was recognized as one of the leading human resource organizations in the world. Mistretta has been active with numerous nonprofits and community groups, including the Durham (North Carolina) Technical Community College Foundation and the Durham Workforce Development Board. Kevin Mooney

Kevin Mooney
Kevin W. Mooney joined Blackbaud in July 2008 after serving as a senior executive at Travelport GDS. As chief commercial officer of Travelport GDS, one of the world's largest travel conglomerates with revenue of $2.6 billion and operations in 145 countries, Mooney was responsible for global sales, marketing, service and support activities. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer for Worldspan, and has held key executive positions in the telecommunications industry including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial officer of Cincinnati Bell and Broadwing, Inc.. Joe Moye
President, Enterprise Customer Business Unit
Joe Moye
Joe Moye is the President of our Enterprise Customer Business Unit. He joined Blackbaud in October of 2012, bringing 25 years of technology leadership and management consulting experience in both the private and public sectors. Before joining us, Joe was President and Chief Executive Officer for Capgemini Government Solutions, where he aggressively expanded the company in the U.S. public sector marketplace. Prior to Capgemini, Mr. Moye was the Founder and CEO of Gazelle Consulting, Inc., a branded leader in Business Intelligence professional services based in Atlanta, Georgia. Gazelle was acquired by Adjoined Consulting in 2005 and Joe integrated his team and led the combined Business Intelligence practice and, ultimately Kanbay’s practice after its acquisition of Adjoined, prior to Capgemini acquiring Kanbay. Before founding Gazelle Consulting, Mr. Moye held multiple leadership positions with Sequent Computer Systems and Unisys where he was responsible for leading business units and channels both domestically and internationally. Mr. Moye holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University. Jon Olson
Vice President and General Counsel
Jon Olson
Jon Olson joined Blackbaud as General Counsel in September, 2008. Jon is responsible for Blackbaud's legal activities, including negotiating commercial transactions, managing corporate governance activities and compliance. Before joining the company, he was an attorney with Alcatel-Lucent beginning in 1997. Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Jon was employed in various legal positions with MCI, Unisys and in private practice.
