Why attend a User Group?
Enhance your Blackbaud Knowledge & Skills
Blackbaud User Groups provide a forum for users to share best practices and success stories, learn new tips and techniques, and collaborate with other users and Blackbaud experts.
Meet people who share your interests and passions
User Groups are a free event where we encourage people to network and connect with their nonprofit peers and hear how they are using Blackbaud products and services to impact their mission. It’s a great opportunity for you to make new contacts and build relationships that extend well beyond the event.
Have fun!
What makes people come back time after time to Blackbaud User Groups? Maybe it’s the people they meet, the new tips they walk away with, or those “aha” moments when they inspire others!

Ask Your Fellow Experts
We love the thoughtful discussions in this session! It allows you to ask other users in attendance as well as Blackbaud representatives strategy and best practice recommendations – things like “what is the best way to…", “is there a quick way to…”, "how does your organization..."
We ask that you refrain from asking detailed questions specific to your database/instance, support questions, or questions that would require a computer. We welcome the opportunity to address any of those questions in our optional Q&A session at the end of the event.
